Super Eagles’ Iwobi Held at Knifepoint in London Burglary
In a shocking London incident, Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi was confronted by a gang at knifepoint in his own home. The attackers forced their way in and ransacked the property. They made off with designer wristwatches, jewellery, two iPhones, a MacBook and around £200,000 in cash. The total value of the stolen items is estimated at £500,000. Police have launched a full investigation. Iwobi had just featured for Fulham in their 3-1 Premier League victory over Burnley at the weekend.
