Peter Obi Donates ₦15 Million to Boost UNN Dental Faculty Re-Accreditation
This week, I received a letter from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka Dental Students Association. They appealed for urgent support of ₦40 million to upgrade their laboratory and meet re-accreditation requirements. Out of respect for the national mourning after the passing of our former President, I delayed any public statements. Now that the mourning period has ended, I visited the faculty and donated ₦15 million. We cannot let our young people suffer because of leadership failure. I remain committed to advancing education and healthcare in our nation. It is tragic when leaders spend millions on luxury cars and ignore critical needs like schools, hospitals, and poverty reduction. We must invest in our youth. A New Nigeria is possible.
