Joe Aribo Departs Southampton After Four Years at St Mary's
Nigeria midfielder Joe Aribo has left Championship side Southampton after his contract expired. Aribo joined the Saints from Rangers in 2020 and made 95 league appearances, scoring nine goals. He also spent the second half of last season on loan at Leicester City, featuring in six games. During his four years at St Mary’s Stadium, the 29-year-old helped Southampton win promotion back to the Premier League in 2023/24 with four goals in 40 appearances. He will now seek a new club ahead of the next season.
