Google DeepMind AI Master’s Scholarships Open at Istanbul Technical University for 2026

Istanbul Technical University is offering Google DeepMind AI Master’s Scholarships for the 2026–2027 academic session. The award is open to international students admitted to selected M.Sc. programmes who intend to specialise in artificial intelligence. Eligible fields include Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, and Game and Interaction Technologies. Applicants outside Computer Engineering or Computer Science must be on an AI-focused track. Scholars must take at least four AI electives and complete an AI-related thesis. The scholarship covers four semesters and includes a monthly stipend of $1,000, a $2,400 academic travel grant, a $2,000 equipment grant, and a $2,000 relocation allowance. Female applicants and candidates who are not currently employed will receive priority. Applicants must submit a CV, academic transcript, statement of purpose, and up to three reference letters to ITU AI by 24 July 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Istanbul time. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
