Norwegian Appeal Court Clears Ex-Flying Eagles Star Daniel Daga
Former Flying Eagles midfielder Daniel Daga has successfully overturned a sexual misconduct conviction in Norway. A panel of seven appeal court judges unanimously quashed a lower tribunal’s two-to-one verdict and six-month sentence. He has been fully discharged and acquitted of all charges. A close associate described the unanimous ruling as a triumph of justice. The acquittal clears him of any rape or misconduct allegations and paves the way for his return to professional football. His club, Molde FK, has already reached out and asked Daga to rejoin the squad immediately.
