Armed Carjacking at Woji Junction During Tonight’s Downpour
Tonight around 9:44 pm, I witnessed a violent carjacking at Woji Junction amid heavy rainfall. A Lexus RX300 blocked a high-end vehicle and three armed men jumped out to surround it. They fired two shots, sending bystanders, including my keke driver, into a panic. This happened so suddenly that even regular drivers stopped to see what was unfolding. The attackers quickly fled after creating chaos and fear in the area. Safety Reminder: • Keep an eye on your mirrors for vehicles trailing you. • Leave enough space at junctions to maneuver away if blocked. • Avoid deserted routes, especially at night or in poor weather. • Head to well-lit, populated areas or police stations if you feel threatened. Stay alert and prioritize your safety at all times. Share your thoughts or any similar experiences.
