50 Cent Seeks Court Protection for Son in Dispute With Rick Ross’ Ex, Tia Kemp
Rapper 50 Cent has asked a Miami-Dade County court for a temporary injunction to stop Tia Kemp, Rick Ross’ former partner, from allegedly contacting or harassing his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson. In court filings, 50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson, alleged that Kemp made derogatory social-media posts about Sire, including comments about a possible autism diagnosis. He said the posts caused the teenager humiliation and emotional distress. Jackson also alleged that Kemp shared a photo of his son alongside an explicit image involving Sire’s mother, Daphne Joy. He said his lawyers sent a cease-and-desist letter before seeking court intervention. Kemp has rejected the allegations on social media, accusing 50 Cent of trying to bully her. The court filing confirms that an injunction was requested, but there is no confirmation that a judge has granted it.
