Super Eagles striker Tolu Arokodare is reportedly close to joining Ajax on a season-long loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers. Ajax and Wolves have reportedly agreed on the deal, which includes an option to buy valued at just over €20 million. Final details are said to be under discussion. The 25-year-old joined Wolves from Genk last summer and made 33 Premier League appearances in his first season, recording three goals and one assist. Fiorentina and Genoa were also linked with him, but Ajax are now expected to complete the move.
