Why Does One Vaseline Petroleum Jelly Cost ₦13,000 While the Other Costs ₦3,500?

I usually buy the Vaseline on the right for ₦3,500. When my usual shop ran out, the attendant brought out the one on the left and said it costs ₦13,000. She explained that they are different types, and I have also heard that one may be American-made while the other is Nigerian-made. Both appear to be original petroleum jelly, so I am surprised by the large price difference. Has anyone used either of these? What is the actual difference between them, and is the ₦13,000 one worth the price?
