Kwara Fire Service Recovers 52-Year-Old Man’s Body From Well in Ilorin

The Kwara State Fire Service has recovered the body of a 52-year-old man from a domestic well off Asa-Dam Road in Ilorin. Residents said children discovered the man in the well and alerted community elders. Firefighters received a distress call at about 8:42am on Tuesday and carried out the recovery operation. The body was handed over to officers at Budo-Nuhu Police Station for further action. The fire service urged residents to properly cover wells and other open water sources, and advised parents and guardians to keep children away from such hazards.
