Baby Reflux: What I’ve Learned as a Mum of Two
When my first baby spat up breast milk after feeding, I worried something was wrong. Now, with my two-month-old, I understand that reflux is common in young babies and often improves as they grow. It happens when milk or stomach contents flow back up from the stomach, sometimes coming out through the mouth. Every baby and every parenting experience is different. To all first-time mums and dads: be patient with yourselves. We’re all learning as we go, one feed and one handkerchief at a time!
