HR Officer Vacancy at Wellington College International Lagos

Wellington College International Lagos is recruiting an HR Officer for its new co-educational day and boarding school in Alaro City, Epe, Lagos. The school is scheduled to open in September 2027 and will cater to students aged 3 to 18. The successful candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management, staff development, employee relations and general HR administration. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, maintaining personnel records and supporting induction and training activities. Applicants should be prepared to work closely with the Head of HR and staff across the school community. The role is based in Epe, Lagos.
