Anioma Association to Support 30 Expectant Mothers With Essential Care Packs

Anioma Watch Association plans to distribute mother-and-baby essential packs to 30 expectant mothers in five Anioma communities as part of a maternal health outreach. Beneficiaries will be selected from Primary Health Centre, Ibusa; Pilgrim Baptist Hospital, Issele-Uku; Onicha-Olona Maternity and Health Centre; Central Hospital, Agbor; and Primary Health Centre, Amai. The programme, themed “Supporting Mothers, Welcoming New Life,” will also include a health talk on preparing for safe motherhood. The outreach aims to provide practical support for pregnant women and encourage healthier maternal and child outcomes.
