Delta Police Officer Raises Alarm After 13-Year-Old Allegedly Threatened Girl With Nude Photos
A Delta State police officer has warned parents about children’s exposure to explicit material and unsupervised social-media use. She recounted a case reported on December 30, 2025, after a mother said someone had threatened to publish her 16-year-old daughter’s nude photos. Police traced the phone number to an address in Sapele, Warri, where they allegedly found that a 13-year-old boy was behind the account. The boy reportedly said he had encountered pornography while using his father’s phone and had been given access to social media at a young age. The officer urged parents to supervise children’s online activity and discuss the risks of harmful content.
