UK Court Jails Trans Woman for Seven and a Half Years Over False Rape Allegations
A UK court has sentenced Khloe Simmonds, 26, to seven and a half years in prison after she admitted eight counts of perverting the course of justice. The court heard that Simmonds made at least 12 false rape allegations between July 2018 and January 2026. Several men were arrested and investigated before the claims were found to be untrue. In one case, a man spent 88 days under investigation. In another, GPS data contradicted an allegation made against a taxi driver. The judge said the repeated false claims diverted police resources from genuine victims of serious crime. Her lawyer cited autism, ADHD and alcohol dependency issues during sentencing.
