Uncle Returns Cousin’s Motorcycle Remittances to Fund His Education
A young man who deferred his admission to ride his uncle’s motorcycle has reportedly received back all the money he remitted weekly. The uncle had initially said he could not afford to support the admission. He offered the cousin a motorcycle to work with instead, on the condition that he remitted ₦35,000 every week. After gaining admission again, the cousin returned to see his uncle. He was reportedly given an ATM card containing the full amount he had remitted over more than a year to help cover his school expenses. Was the uncle’s approach a wise lesson in responsibility or an unnecessarily difficult path?
