Super Eagles’ Adidas Jerseys Expected in Stores From January 2027
Nigerian football fans may be able to buy the Super Eagles’ new Adidas jerseys from early January 2027, as the Nigeria Football Federation prepares to begin a new kit partnership. The reported deal will end Nigeria’s 11-year relationship with Nike. Adidas is expected to supply kits, training gear and apparel for the Super Eagles, Super Falcons and youth national teams. The agreement is reportedly valued at $8.5 million per year, including $4.5 million in cash and $4 million worth of equipment. The NFF is also expected to receive a 20 per cent royalty on qualifying sales of official merchandise. Retail prices, the official unveiling date and distribution details have not yet been announced. Fans will be watching closely to see whether the new designs can match Nigeria’s memorable Adidas kits of the past.
