Kick-start your career in Human Resource Management with PIF Africa. We are seeking a Junior HR Consultant to join our fully remote team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about recruitment, organizational development, and people management. Key Responsibilities: - Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding activities, and workforce planning - Draft job descriptions, interview guides, competency frameworks, KPIs, OKRs, and performance scorecards - Assist with employee onboarding, learning and development programs, succession planning, and performance reviews - Maintain HR policies, handbooks, confidential records, and recruitment trackers - Contribute to HR consulting projects by preparing reports, presentations, and implementation plans Requirements and Benefits: - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field - Up to one year of HR, recruitment, or consulting experience (advantageous but not mandatory) - Strong communication, coordination, research, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with collaboration tools - Monthly salary range: ₦150,000–₦200,000 - Remote work environment, hands-on consulting experience, mentorship from experienced consultants, and professional development opportunities Application Deadline: 31st August 2026.
