Operations and Process Consultant Needed for Hybrid Role in Lagos

We are seeking an operations and process consultant to help a new service company build efficient customer-service workflows from enquiry to job completion. The role includes mapping the customer journey, creating standard operating procedures, setting up provider onboarding, managing quotes and payments, developing tracking systems, and preparing communication templates. You will also train two administrative staff, test the workflows and produce a practical operations manual. Applicants should have experience in business operations, process design, SOP development, vendor management, CRM or database setup, workflow automation and tools such as Office 365, SharePoint and Google Forms.
