“I’m So Sad”: BBNaija’s Queen Mercy Asks God for Wealth to Help Those in Need

Queen Mercy Atang has opened up on Instagram about her heartbreak at seeing Nigerians lose everything in floods and other hardships. She prayed for extreme wealth—not for luxury, but so she can provide safe homes, good food, quality education, and healthcare for vulnerable families. Last month, her influence grew further when her business page hit 5.4 million views and her personal page reached 20 million. She also secured a ₦70 million endorsement deal, boosting her status as one of Nigeria’s top lifestyle influencers. At the recent AMVCA, she went viral in a dress made of 500 loaves of bread to promote her bakery brand, Swit Cakes & Desserts. The stunt even caught the attention of Guinness World Records. After the event, she wrote to Multichoice and Africa Magic proposing a special night to showcase Nigerian entrepreneurs. The mother of one says she’s learning to build generational wealth after years of hard work.
