Mangut Confident Nasarawa United Will Improve After First NPFL Win
Nasarawa United technical adviser Mbwas Mangut says his team will keep improving after claiming their first win of the NPFL season. The Solid Miners defeated Bendel Insurance 1-0 at Lafia City Stadium in their Matchday Two fixture. Sam Pam scored the only goal 10 minutes into the second half. Mangut said his players are still adjusting as a new squad that combines experienced and younger players. He admitted they made mistakes while trying to entertain the home fans, but said the team will work harder ahead of their next match against Rangers International in Abeokuta.
