Bus Driver Dies After Collapsing While Carrying Passengers in Ibadan

A commercial bus driver, identified as Ibrahim, reportedly collapsed and died on Tuesday evening near Apete Garage in Ibadan, Oyo State. He was said to be returning from Sango with passengers when his bus developed a fault shortly after crossing Apete Bridge. Ibrahim reportedly stepped down to inspect the vehicle as some passengers came down to help push it. He reportedly collapsed during the inspection and died before he could be taken to hospital. The cause of death has not been confirmed, and the Oyo State Police Command said it had not received a formal report on the incident at the time.
