Flour Mills Graduate Trainee Programme 2026 for Engineering Graduates

Flour Mills is inviting eligible engineering graduates to apply for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme. The programme is designed to develop young professionals through structured learning, mentorship and hands-on business experience. Applicants must hold a first degree in an engineering discipline from an approved university or polytechnic. They must have completed NYSC and have no more than two years of post-NYSC work experience. Successful trainees will take part in development programmes, practical projects and workplace learning. Relevant professional qualifications or certifications may be an added advantage.
