Foluke Daramola Mourns Temitope Osoba as Questions Surround Actress' Death

Nollywood actress Foluke Daramola has mourned the death of her junior colleague, Temitope Osoba, saying the reality of the loss has left her unable to stop crying. Temitope is scheduled to be buried on Thursday, 13 August 2026, in Ogun State. Her death has sparked conflicting claims, including an allegation by her fiancé that she died at a police station in Ikorodu, Lagos. Actor Alesh Sanni said Temitope did not die of cancer and appealed for the public to allow her family to grieve. Yomi Fabiyi has also called for an investigation before the burial, citing concerns about the circumstances of her death. Before her death, Temitope had spoken publicly about her battle with cancer and the effect of treatment on her hopes of having children.
