Evergreen Orita Ilaro Cooperative Marks 16th AGM with ₦7.89M Surplus
In a show of unity and prudent management, Evergreen Orita Ilaro Cooperative held its 16th Annual General Meeting on March 24, 2026 at the Cooperative House in Oke Okuta, Ilaro, Ogun State. Members, auditors, and community leaders gathered to celebrate the Society’s resilience and shared commitment to growth. President Abiodun Oluwakemi Hammed reported that the Cooperative’s share capital reached ₦13.02 million and total savings matched that amount. Over ₦106.61 million in loans was disbursed, and a net surplus of ₦7.89 million was recorded. Membership rose by 25 to a total of 150 active cooperators. The AGM featured goodwill messages from cooperative officials, the election of new executive officers, and dividend distribution. Initiatives like Evergreen Kiddies and Everforward CMS were highlighted for nurturing future cooperators and sustaining the Society’s financial base.
