Reflecting on Christians Singing 'Happy Birthday' to a Neighbor with Mental Illness
I’m observing a group of Christians quietly singing “Happy Birthday” to a man who seems to be struggling with mental health issues. In my previous posts, I criticized the same group for making loud noise during prayers in our quiet residential area. Neighbours deserve peace, and disruption is inconsiderate. Despite the noise concerns, I appreciate their kindness in visiting someone less fortunate. Jesus would be proud of their compassion. Next time, smaller groups of three could help maintain the calm. I’m not an atheist, but I personally prefer to skip church services.
