Senegal goalkeeper Adji Ndiaye delivered a stunning performance on her 20th birthday as Senegal held WAFCON hosts Morocco to a goalless draw in Rabat. The former striker denied Yasmin Mrabet from the penalty spot in the 69th minute. After the referee ordered a retake, Ndiaye saved the second attempt as well. She made seven saves in total and was named Woman of the Match. Morocco still finished top of Group A with seven points and no goals conceded. Algeria qualified in second place after beating Kenya 2-0, while Senegal ended the group in third with four points.

A 20th birthday goalless draw against the hosts, with two penalty saves in the same sequence, is quite a moment for Ndiaye.
