Volunteer Digital Communications Associate Needed for Sickle Cell Support NGO
A sickle cell support NGO is seeking a part-time Digital Communications Associate to help manage its online platforms and create awareness content. The remote role requires a minimum commitment of three hours weekly, with hybrid options available in Nigeria. The volunteer will create graphics, captions and short videos; respond to online enquiries; support genotype-testing and crisis-prevention campaigns; update website content; and track basic social-media performance. Applicants should have an HND or bachelor’s degree, strong writing skills and familiarity with social-media tools. Experience with Canva or CapCut is an advantage. People with personal or caregiving experience of sickle cell disease are strongly encouraged to apply. The role offers communications training, mentorship, service recognition and potential leadership opportunities. Interested applicants should submit an updated CV and complete registration through the organisation’s official volunteer application process.
