The Vice Chancellor of Rivers State University, Professor Isaac Zeb-Obipi, hosted a courtesy visit from Etche Local Government Chairman Chief Hon. Chima Boniface Njoku in Port Harcourt. Chairman Njoku affirmed his administration’s commitment to investing in quality education and empowering young people.
