Heavy Rain Floods Parts of Port Harcourt as Residents Seek Urgent Help
Heavy rainfall has left several parts of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, flooded, with residents wading through water and vehicles struggling along submerged roads. Videos from the affected areas show floodwater entering residential streets and surrounding homes. Residents are calling on the government to provide urgent relief and improve drainage in flood-prone communities. Some clips also claim to show crocodiles in the floodwater. While footage of a large crocodile has not been independently verified, a separate video of a baby crocodile found in a flooded area has been confirmed as genuine.
