God’s Sovereignty: The One Who Sits on the Throne

Today’s teaching reflects on God’s sovereignty. Revelation 5:13 declares that blessing, honour, glory and power belong to God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb forever. God’s throne represents His power and authority over heaven and earth. As Isaiah 66:1 teaches, heaven is His throne and the earth is His footstool. God is self-existing, all-powerful and does not need authority or validation from anyone. Through Jesus Christ, God offers salvation and eternal life to everyone who believes. If you have chosen to follow Christ, continue to grow in faith and fellowship with a Bible-believing church. God bless you.
