HR Director Needed for Plant and Factory Operations in Abuja
A manufacturing, plant and mining organisation in Gujeni, Abuja, is recruiting an experienced HR Director to oversee plant and factory workforce operations. The role covers workforce planning, recruitment, employee and industrial relations, performance management, compensation, training, succession planning and HR policy compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with the business owner on strategic people decisions. Applicants must have a relevant bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree and professional HR certification such as CIPM or SHRM. At least 25 years of progressive HR experience, including senior manufacturing or factory-based HR leadership, is required. The monthly salary is ₦3.5 million to ₦5 million, and the role is fully on-site.
