Paxful Contacted Me to Recover a 4-Year-Old USDC Deposit on the Wrong Network – Any Experiences?

I accidentally sent a large USDC deposit to a Paxful wallet four years ago using an unsupported network. At the time, support said recovery wasn’t possible. Recently, Paxful reached out through their official system, saying they can now recover the funds. They asked for a destination wallet address, which I provided. Weeks have passed with no updates despite several follow-ups. On-chain data shows the inaccessible assets moved into a Paxful-controlled wallet, but there’s still no refund or timeline.
