Waiting for a Rich Partner Is Not a Life Plan

I find it interesting when people expect a wealthy partner to overlook every flaw and suddenly lift their entire family out of poverty. It happens sometimes, but it is far from common. Nigeria has a large number of people living in poverty, while truly wealthy people are few. Building your own stability, skills and confidence is a more realistic plan than waiting to be rescued by marriage. The same applies to men who neglect their goals while hoping someone will eventually solve their problems. Support can come, but nobody should make rescue their main strategy. Keep working, keep improving and stay hopeful. A rich partner may come, but do not build your future around it.
