Yinka Quadri Praises Saje’s Discretion and Speaks on Nollywood Pay

Veteran actor Yinka Quadri says his long friendship with actress Saje began in their early Nollywood days. He described her as a trusted friend who was close to his wife before their marriage and never used private information to cause trouble. Quadri also recalled offering support to Saje’s husband, Rafiu Balogun, during a difficult period in their marriage. He said Saje accepted the gesture despite their disagreement at the time. On actors’ fees, Quadri said experience should not automatically mean older actors earn more than younger stars. He noted that performers negotiate differently and cited Funke Akindele and Lateef Adedimeji as examples.
