How SERVICOM Helped Me Get UNIZIK Law Faculty Office to Keep Official Hours

I first learned about SERVICOM during my NYSC orientation lectures. I became interested because I have always disliked the rude and careless attitude some public officers show when people need help. After graduation, my cousin asked me to help collect his statement of result, transcript and certificate from our former university. I visited the Faculty of Law at UNIZIK, Awka, three times during the students’ long break, but the office was always closed before the official closing time. Each trip cost me money and time from work. On my next visit, I reported the issue to SERVICOM on campus. The officer immediately called the faculty head and warned that the office should not close by 2:30 p.m. instead of the approved 4 p.m. Since then, the office has stayed open until at least 4 p.m. I have had more than 10 encounters with SERVICOM, and they resolved each complaint.
