Honoring the Cemaluk Legacy: A Story of Truth, Faith and Heritage in Ojoto
The Cemaluk name is a proud heritage from Ojoto, Anambra State. It stands on three pillars: absolute truth, deep Christian faith, and exceptional moral courage. Chief Malukwuoo Egbuonu (1933–1974) founded this lineage with unwavering honesty and honor. Though he died young, his values shaped the family’s identity. Mrs. Cecilia Egbuonu (née Ugbo, 1937–2026) led with devout stewardship in the Catholic community. She managed church affairs with integrity and passed on a traditional healing formula now of pharmacological interest. Today, the sole surviving son preserves the Cemaluk standard. He upholds sacred traditions, honors lost siblings, and carries the family name into the future.
