The lady was amazed when she visited her man unexpected, seeing thousands of soldiers begging her to accept their colleague when he proposed to her on the battlefield. Soldiers wives’ anxiety produced greater effects on the deployed husband, children and families of the deployed military personnel who experienced stress. Some families would have to cope with unmet family needs and depleted resources when the breadwinner is the deployed parent. Its incursion into politics has been blamed for more than a few of the developmental problems Nigeria grapples with today.
