Reject Quick Wealth: Choose Wisdom in Financial Decisions
The desire for financial growth is not wrong, but desperation for quick wealth can lead to reckless investments, unnecessary debt, gambling, fraud and painful regret. Scripture teaches that diligent planning brings increase, while haste can lead to lack. Faith should work with wisdom. Before committing money, take time to learn, investigate the opportunity, count the cost and seek sound counsel. Not every promise of huge returns is trustworthy, and not every opportunity is right for you. Build patiently through legitimate work, discipline and integrity. It is better to grow slowly with peace of mind than to gain money through compromise or lose your savings by ignoring warning signs. Lord Jesus Christ, give me wisdom to make sound financial decisions. Help me reject impatience, desperation and financial traps, and teach me to build through diligence, knowledge and integrity. Amen.
