Super Eagles winger Moses Simon says he was denied a contract by Enugu Rangers early in his career because he is not Igbo. In a recent interview, Simon recalled spending three months on trial with the club. Despite that setback, Simon moved on to Ajax in 2013 and later played in Belgium and France. He has since made over 400 club appearances and is closing in on 100 caps for Nigeria.
