Charles Inojie: Why Many Nigerian Graduates May Be Unprepared for Work

Actor Charles Inojie says many Nigerian graduates lack the practical knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their fields. He recalled meeting a Linguistics graduate who struggled to discuss key ideas in the discipline, despite Linguistics being only an elective course for him. The experience, he said, reinforced concerns that some degree holders are not adequately prepared for work.
