My Girlfriend Cheated and May Be Pregnant: Should I Forgive Her?

I caught my girlfriend cheating, and she admitted that she slept with another man once. She says she regrets it deeply and does not understand why she did it. I had been making plans to marry her, but I am heartbroken and no longer feel the same level of love or trust.
