Navi Mumbai Police Arrest Three Nigerians in Major Cocaine Bust
Under the Nasha Mukt Bharat 2028 campaign, Navi Mumbai’s Anti-Narcotics Cell raided four locations in Vashi’s Juhu Gaon area. Officers arrested three Nigerian nationals and seized a total of 252.5 grams of high-grade cocaine valued at ₹1.26 crore. The main suspect was detained at a house in Hariyali Nivas after police found two packets of white powder weighing 146.8 g and 105.7 g. Further questioning led to the arrests of two more alleged members from a nearby village. Authorities also recovered 12 mobile phones and cash believed to be linked to the operation. Investigators say two additional suspects are still at large, and a probe into the wider international syndicate is ongoing. All three detainees were remanded to police custody pending further hearings.
