Nollywood star Dayo Amusa took to Instagram to congratulate celebrity designer Luminee on the birth of her first child, a baby boy with actor Baba Ijesha. Dayo praised Luminee for her resilience and encouraged her to embrace the joy after days that felt heavy. She wrote, “You’re allowed to be ridiculously happy… Proof that good things come to those who don’t give up.” Luminee’s partner, Baba Ijesha, was released from prison on November 15, 2025, after serving time for a 2022 conviction related to a sexual assault case. In a recent interview, he defended himself against pedophilia allegations and expressed hurt over loss of friendships.
