Guarding Against Deceptive Doctrines in Faith

Guarding Against Deceptive Doctrines in Faith

“O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called.” (1 Timothy 6:20) I was shown false teachings in New Hampshire that claimed those once sanctified could not sin. These ideas, presented as gospel truth, led many into free-lovism and spiritual pride. Such speculative doctrines burden believers with deceptive influence and undermine genuine holiness. Today, Satan still counterfeits truth with human precepts and sensational theories. We have all the light we need in Christ’s simple teachings. Let us avoid spurious ideas, rely on Scripture alone, and share the pure message that truly convicts and converts. Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word. Keep us from accepting false science and grant us wisdom, health, and faithfulness to testify of Your goodness. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Feel free to share your testimonies and prayer requests. Our prayer team will lift up your needs to the throne of grace.
