Kano Appoints 19 Permanent Secretaries, Redeploys 14 Others

The Kano State Government has appointed 19 new permanent secretaries and redeployed 14 others across Ministries, Departments and Agencies. The Head of the Civil Service said the changes are intended to strengthen the state public service, improve coordination and support the government’s development programmes. The affected officials have been urged to serve with professionalism, integrity, accountability and diligence. All handover procedures are to be completed by August 12, with the appointments taking immediate effect.
