Goa Police Arrest 44-Year-Old Nigerian in Second Drug Bust

Goa Crime Branch officers arrested 44-year-old Nigerian national Joseph Ifeanyi Ozoemena in Siolim village. They seized 17.58 g of amphetamine worth around Rs 2 lakh, plus his scooter and mobile phone. Acting on specific intelligence, officers caught him as he tried to flee. Ozoemena previously served seven years after a 2017 NDPS conviction and was released this year by a High Court order. He now faces fresh charges under the NDPS Act.
