Field Sales Associate Needed for Primary Healthcare Provider on Lagos Island

A community-focused primary healthcare provider is hiring a full-time Field Sales Associate to grow its client base across Lagos Island. The role involves prospecting for corporate, business and individual clients, presenting healthcare service packages, closing contracts, and supporting smooth client onboarding. The successful candidate will also manage client relationships to encourage renewals, referrals and account growth. Applicants should have 1–2 years of field sales, direct sales or business-development experience. Experience in healthcare, HMO, pharmaceuticals, insurance or FMCG is an advantage. A bachelor's degree or HND in a related field is required. The monthly net salary is ₦150,000, plus performance-based commission.
