Nigerian music star Davido has begun building a multi-billion naira home in Eko Atlantic City, Lagos. He bought the land for ₦4bn in January 2024, but its market value has already doubled to ₦8bn. The four-story mansion will have dedicated floors for Davido, his wife Chioma, and their children. It will also include a state-of-the-art in-house recording studio to support his music career. Additional features are a 20-car underground garage, a luxury swimming pool, and integrated living quarters for residential staff and security.
