Construction Superintendent Needed for Infrastructure Projects

A full-time Construction Superintendent is needed to supervise property development, infrastructure planning and construction projects. The role covers contractor oversight, consultant management, bid evaluation, project scheduling, safety compliance and staff supervision. Applicants should have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field with at least a 2:1. COREN or NSE certification, proficiency in ERP software, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD are required. Candidates should have at least seven years of construction experience and strong project-management skills. Experience developing free zones, towns or major infrastructure, as well as multinational work experience, will be an advantage. The role offers a monthly salary of ₦700,000.
